The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational or scientific purposes within the meaning of 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954. The corporation shall receive and disburse funds, property and gifts of any kind exclusively for the benefit of the Belle Fourche School District 9-1
