Belle Fourche School District offers students a traditional comprehensive education that includes a core of academic subjects as well as a variety of elective strands. Belle Fourche School District are located within fifty miles of seven institutions of higher learning.

Belle Fourche School District are known throughout the area for their high test scores, small class sizes, and low tax rates. We have been an area leader since the adoption of state wide testing and has earned a place in Newsweek's Top 100 High Schools. Our elementary and middle schools are well represented on the state wide lists.
