The Belle Fourche Activities Office is accepting nomination applications for the Belle Fourche High School Athletic Hall of Fame. To be eligible for consideration, the athlete must be out of high school for a minimum of five (5) years. To be eligible for consideration as a coach, advisor, and/or administrator, the person must be retired from the position or no longer employed by the Belle Fourche School District for a minimum of (3) three years. Athletes, coaches, advisors, and/or administrators can be inducted posthumously at any time. There shall be no year qualifications for contributors.

Nomination forms must be postmarked no later than May 31st for current year consideration. Any forms received after May 31st will not be reviewed by the committee until the following year. All nominees will be sent a biography form to be fill out and returned to the Activities Office to assist the committee in making their selections. Nominees not selected will be kept on file and given consideration the following year. Nominees will be kept on file for (5) years.
