Homecoming Early Dismissal Times for NEXT Friday, September 15, 2023: North Park - 12:15 p.m. South Park - 12:40 p.m. Middle School - 1:00 p.m. High School Dismisses at 1:10 p.m. This times are for FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 15. This Friday (September 8) is a regular release day.

This Thursday is our Family STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, math) Night at the South Park Gymnasium. The event will start at 5pm and include many fun STEAM based activities and a free meal for all K-4 students and their families. Please RSVP for the event to help us get a better count for food, but if you are unable to RSVP you are still welcome to come. 2023-2024 school will be starting soon!! Here are some important elementary dates to remember: July 27 - Aug 4: ALL students need to register on line at bellefourche.k12.sd.us Monday, Aug 14, 5:00 - 7:00: come to South Park (kindergarteners too) to pick up a welcome letter from your teacher and join the PTO for a COLOR RUN and cold treat. Wednesday, Aug 16: Open House at North and South Park. Meet your teacher, bring your school supplies, and tour your school. Thursday, Aug 17: All South Park students first day of school. North Park students will have a staggered start. Kindergarteners will learn their start date on Monday, August 14.

May 25, 2023 will be the last day of the 2022-2023 school year. Dismissal times are as follows: North Park: 10:45 South Park: 11:10 Middle School: 11:30 High School: 11:40 No lunch will be served and buses will run as usual according to these dismissal times.

TRAK Registration can be picked up at North or South Park. Space is limited. TRAK will be back at the Middle School this year.

Reminders: We do have school tomorrow, Friday, February 24. We will be having student led parent-teacher conferences next week on March 2 and 3. There will be TRAK on Thursday, March 2. Attention Belle Fourche Elementary Families who have students who attend the after-school TRAK program. Due to weather conditions, there will not be afterschool TRAK today. Please pick your TRAK students up as soon as possible after school from the South Park Office. All Kindergarten students who attend TRAK will ride the bus to South Park and can be picked up in the office. Please use DoJo to communicate with your student’s teacher if afterschool plans have changed. South Park dismisses at 3:20 and North Park dismisses at 3:10.

Appointments generally last 1 hour North Park students do not have school on March 13.

Congratulations Belle Fourche Elementary School students who were chosen as January student of the month.

Please do not send peanuts, tree nuts, or foods made with these nuts to school. We want all of our students to feel safe at school and we currently have several students who have life threatening allergies to these products. Thanks for keeping our kids safe.
